1. Cancelling an Estimate Appointment

Free estimate visits can be cancelled at any time with no cost to you. We only ask that you let us know as soon as possible so Alex can adjust his schedule. Call or text (540) 455-7405 to cancel or reschedule.

2. Cancelling a Scheduled Service

24 hours or more before the scheduled date: No fee. Cancel or reschedule by calling or texting Alex at any time.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: A service call fee of up to $50 may apply if our crew has already been dispatched or materials have been loaded. This fee will be communicated to you before being charged.

No-show / property inaccessible: If our crew arrives and cannot access the property due to a locked gate, unrestrained animals, or no prior notice, a trip fee of up to $75 may apply.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, thunderstorms, or ice/snow). We will contact you as early as possible to rebook at no additional charge. No cancellation fee applies to weather-related rescheduling initiated by either party.

4. Deposits

For large or multi-day projects, a deposit (typically 25–50% of the total quote) may be required before work begins. Deposit terms will be agreed upon at the time of the estimate.

All deposits are applied toward your final balance upon job completion.

5. Refunds for Completed Work

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge. We do not issue cash refunds for work that has been fully completed and delivered as quoted, but we are committed to making things right.

Our commitment: Alex personally oversees every job. If something wasn't done right, tell us and we'll fix it — that's our promise.

6. Emergency & Storm Damage Services

Due to the time-sensitive nature of storm damage and emergency cleanup, cancellation policies for urgent/priority jobs may differ. These will be communicated clearly before work begins.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

The fastest way to cancel or reschedule is to contact Alex directly:

Business hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM – 6 PM. For urgent matters, text at any time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at fresh-cut-landscape.com/cancellation-policy.html.
